It’s A Pets life may decline all or any of your order, for any reason, and will inform you via email immediately.
We will do our best to make sure your order is delivered on time, but once your order has left our premises, at times, they may be affected due to bank holidays, weather, transport and human errors.
When receiving larger items, you, the customer must sign the proof of delivery note, received in good condition. If the packaging
is damaged, do not sign for it. All goods must be inspected within 24 hours and you must notify It’s A Pets Life immediately if there is any damage. Failure to do so may affect your claim. This
does not affect your statutory rights.
Colours of items displayed on the website may slightly differ to the actual colour of the item received. This is due to a number of factors and should be seen only as a representative.
Full payment must be received before your order can be accepted and despatched, then it’s a pets life will send you an email to the
email address you provide in your order form to confirm.
All products are subject to availability. If any product is unavailable on your order, we will refund you the cost of that product, rather than offer you a substitute product which you may not desire.
Orders With Multiple Items
Please note that multiple item orders may be posted separately and will be confirmed to you via email upon the despatch of your order.
Areas of delivery
We only deliver within the UK mainland only. Any orders placed outside the UK mainland will not be accepted.
Delivery Methods & Prices
Economy delivery - £2.99
Despatched via Royal Mail and should arrive with you in approximately 3-5 working days.
Standard delivery - £4.50
Despatched via Royal Mail and should arrive with you in approximately 2-3 working days.
Express delivery - £9.00
Despatched via express courier and should arrive with you in approximately 1-2 working days. Express deliveries may require a signature. Orders will usually be despatched the same day.
Orders with free delivery should arrive with you within 5 working days. Deliveries shall be made via any one of our chosen couriers and may require a signature.
Pricing & Discount Codes
All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (value added tax) as applicable at current VAT rate.
It’s A Pets Life reserves the right to change price and availability information without notice.
Discount codes are only valid when no other promotions are running and can not be used in conjunction with one another.
Due to personalized engraving on the ID tags, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty.
Items that need to be returned must be UNUSED and in ALL original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. If goods are received after the 14th day, refunds/exchanges may be refused.
It’s the buyers responsibility to pay for the return postage charges to It’s A Pets Life, unless faulty or damaged. It’s also advised to return goods by registered post and to obtain proof of postage.
Returns must be accompanied by a brief note for your reason of return, along with your full name and address.
If goods are faulty, you will receive a full refund or exchange.
We will always try our best to process returns as soon as possible, but allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Goods bought as gifts must be returned by the original buyer/payer.
All goods come with a 12 month warranty.
The 12 month warranty excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, wear and tear or failure to follow the instructions.
Returns for orders where the product does not meet your requirements such as incorrect size, incorrect colour, miss-description, may be returned
for a full product refund or exchange. This excludes Pet ID tags due to personalized engraving.
